Getting back into a fitness routine

Kicking off the month of February with FITNESS!  The best gift you can give yourself is excersice-nurturing the body is priceless. You deserve it, so get up and move. With six week’s before Spring it’s time to get physical.

I recently purchased a 12lb Kettle Bell at Dick’s Sporting Goods after hearing how effective of a workout this cannonball shape weight is.

The move:  SWING- 3 reps of 30.
